Spontaneous fermentation in large casks and steel tanks. Nine months lees aging with classic, skin-contact, and whole cluster vinification.

Tasting Notes
Straw-yellow with a red shimmer, slightly aromatic, pronounced bouquet,fruity (melon, peach) spicy, mineral, rich and quite oppulent.
