  • Free delivery on orders from HKD 900 for eligible areas. 
  • Minimum order values for delivery in various areas:

        • Hong Kong Island: HKD 900.

        • Kowloon: HKD 1200.

        • New Territories: HKD 2,800.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Goods must be returned within 3 days of purchase. 

  • Original receipt or invoice must be presented.

  • Returns accepted only if the product is in original packaging, no scratches or damage; boxed products must be intact. 

  • Refund or exchange issued at time of return; no deferred settlement.
