Vinification
Two-day pre-fermentation maceration, two-week skin contact, fermentations in steel tanks. Varieties are blended and refined after fermentation for balance.

Tasting Notes
Very pleasant fruity notes with a spicy finish. Very broad in the mouth, soft and enveloping, with a pleasant freshness and silky tannins.

Smooth and fruity with a spicy touch, pairs beautifully with grilled meats, hearty pasta, aged cheeses, and classic Tuscan cold cuts.
