Hand-harvested in early October from “Sottocasa” and “Bondio” vineyards in Friuli Colli Orientali, grown on calcareous marl-arenaceous soils and trained Guyot.

Ruby red with blackcurrant, sour cherry and wild berry aromas. Balanced, structured and persistent.

Delicious with cured meats, aged cheeses, roasted red meats and crispy pork shank.
