Sette Nizza DOCG 2021 – Particella B8

From 1997 vines on southeast-facing slopes in Bricco di Nizza, Piedmont. Naturally fermented at ≤18 °C for 40–45 days, aged 10 months in oak and 10 months in amphora. Unfiltered and unfined, bottled May 2023.

Ruby red with aromas of ripe red fruits, spice, and earthy notes. Medium-to-full body, elegant and structured with a long finish.

Pairs with roasted meats, rich pasta, and aged cheeses—expressive Barbera Nizza at its finest.
