Clos Centeilles L'Erme 2008 (500ml)

Vinification
Harvested in early December. The grapes are pressed, then the juice and lees ferment until the natural yeasts die. Batonnage is performed weekly.

Tasting Notes
The nose is described as candied and fruity, which is typical for the wines from Clos Centeilles. The palate offers elegance and great finesse in texture, particularly in the pure cinsault wines

Pairing
A true "Minervois candy," it will be perfect with pan-fried foie gras or a pear tatin, or with any combination of almonds and coconut.
