Spontaneously fermented and matured on the lees in large casks and stainless steel tanks for approximately nine months, with partial whole-cluster vinification.

This wine shows a clear, golden-yellow color with intense aromatics of tropical fruits such as quince and passion fruit, complemented by subtle spice. Full-bodied, mouth-filling, and savoury-fruity, it is fresh and leaves a very long-lasting aftertaste.

Pairs beautifully with savory starters like pâté and terrines, crispy seafood, grilled white meats, and lightly spiced dishes, as well as Asian flavors and cheese boards.
