Spontaneous fermentation of the grape mash in stainless steel tanks and casks, followed by several months of aging in small and large casks. Aged in the bottle for about one year.

Cherry-red with a ruby shimmer, it offers concentrated aromas of cherry and blackcurrant, with spicy and floral notes. Full-bodied and elegant, with structured tannins, a fresh profile, and a lingering spicy finish.

Big on character, it pairs beautifully with grilled or fried red meats, lamb, venison, and bold cheeses, and is equally at home with hearty dishes.
