Enrico Serafino Serralunga Barolo 2019 (750 ml)

Vinification
The must is cooled to retain its quality, then fermented in stainless steel tanks and wooden vats. A long 28-day maceration includes délestage and some submerged cap techniques to enrich the process.

Tasting Notes
Intense ruby red with garnet hues. Complex nose of blackberry, licorice, tobacco, spices, coffee, and faded roses. Nebbiolo stands out. Full-bodied, elegant palate with fine tannins and long, harmonious finish.

Perfect with game, roasts, and aged cheeses… but also delightful on its own after dinner, when you just want to treat yourself to a sip of pure poetry!
