Destemmed and macerated for three weeks in stainless steel, followed by malolactic fermentation and 24 months of aging in large oak casks. No filtration or fining.

Garnet red in colour, with aromas of violet, dried rose, ripe fruit, tobacco, and mushroom. Full-bodied, intense, tannic, and well-balanced, with a persistent finish.

Ideal with rich pasta, red meat, braised dishes, game, aged cheeses, and even dark chocolate.
