Vinified in stainless steel with native yeasts, 14-day skin contact, full malolactic, then 8 months maturation in steel tanks.

Tasting Notes
The color is bright ruby; nose opens with cherry, strawberry, light pepper. On the palate: fresh acidity, medium body, red fruit pulp.

Spicy sausage, red meat, aged cheeses—Friulian fireworks in a glass.
