“Comptine” is an organic Vin de France made from Cinsault by Domaine La Jasse d’Isnard. Pale grey hue, light, fresh, and fruity with smooth roundness. Vinified at low temperature for brightness. Best served well chilled at 10°C, perfect for aperitifs, barbecues, salads, and light summer dishes.
