Nuanced and light-footed with subtle concentration that allows for a generous finish. Very nicely balanced and articulate. Oolong and rooibos come through. From biodynamically grown grapes. Herb-crusted lamb rack with a cherry reduction, or roasted duck breast with a subtle tea glaze—both dishes echo the wine’s red fruit depth and floral, tea-like nuances while complementing its structure and elegant tannins.
