Vinification
Hand-sorted grapes are gently pressed in nitrogen. No screw conveyors used. Fermented in steel, aged six months on lees with bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes
Light straw yellow with golden hues. Fine, persistent perlage. Complex nose: floral, white fruit, bread crust, minerals. Vibrant, fruity notes, full body, long mineral finish, and Alta Langa’s signature scratchy touch.
