Charmat secondary fermentation with extended lees contact of around four months. No dosage added, producing an ultra-fine perlage from chalky Cartizze soils at approximately 330 m altitude.

Bright straw yellow in color, with aromas of broom, mimosa, mandarin, pear, yellow peach, bread crust, ginger, and mineral notes.
