A two-day pre-fermentation maceration is followed by two weeks of skin contact, with fermentation taking place in steel tanks. The grape varieties are blended and refined after fermentation to achieve balance.

The wine offers very pleasant fruity aromas with a subtle spicy finish. On the palate, it is broad, soft, and enveloping, with refreshing acidity and silky tannins.

Smooth and fruity with a spicy touch, it pairs beautifully with grilled meats, hearty pasta, aged cheeses, and classic Tuscan cold cuts.
