Brilliant straw yellow in color, with aromas of ripe mirabelle plum and apricot, complemented by subtle hints of exotic spice. On the palate it is juicy and mineral, dry, with a long, elegant finish.

Smooth and intriguing, it works beautifully as an aperitif or after-dinner sip. It pairs well with starters, Asian cuisine, and a wide range of cheeses.
