Di Meo Vittorio Greco di Tufo Riserva 2008 750 ml

A refined 100% Greco from the sun-kissed slopes of Montefusco, grown at 750 m on clay and limestone soils.

Hand-harvested, aged 12 months in stainless steel and 24 months in bottle, it shows a brilliant golden color with aromas of cedar, apple, propolis, flint, and subtle mineral notes.

On the palate it is warm yet vibrant, with fresh acidity and a long, mineral finish. Ideal with sushi and sashimi, pumpkin and Taleggio risotto, or salmon and potato croquettes.
