Hand-picked grapes undergo a soft press and cool fermentation, followed by extended lees aging. The second fermentation in the bottle creates lively bubbles—a harmonious blend of time, care, and effervescence.

Light yellow in color, with aromas of fruit, cinnamon, spices, and ripe fruits, complemented by brioche notes. Hints of dried fruits, walnuts, hazelnuts, and a final touch of almond paste round out the palate.

Ideal as an aperitif with French gougères, or paired with white meat, sweetbreads, poultry, and veal served with a creamy sauce.
