Clear, bright straw-yellow with a green shimmer,slightly aromatic,fruity (pear, apple, peach), mineral medium-bodied, quite intense,elegant, linear, fresh.

Fresh and refined: pairs beautifully with starters, tender asparagus, and all kinds of seafood. Also a great match for white meats—elegant, balanced, and full of charm.
