Vinification
Separate fermentation of the different varieties, maceration for about 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks.

Notes of sour cherry jam and pepper leaves with hints of tobacco; on the palate, flavorful tannins, excellent persistence and powerful but elegant structure.
