Castello di Monsanto Fabrizio Bianchi Chardonnay 2020 750 ml

Two thirds of the grapes are vinified in temperature-controlled steel vats, while the remaining portion ferments in French oak tonneaux, where it rests on the lees for approximately six to seven months. 

The wine expresses delicate aromas of mimosa and chamomile, followed by notes of peach and sage. On the palate, it shows a smooth, buttery texture balanced by fresh, vibrant minerality.

It pairs beautifully with seafood risotto, ricotta-filled pasta, and oven-roasted sea bass, capturing an elegant expression of Tuscan character.
