Produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in the “Aux Argillas” 1er Cru site in Nuits‑Saint‑Georges. Fermented with whole clusters and ambient yeasts, macerated around 12 days, then aged approximately 12 months in used barrels. No fining nor filtration.
Displays rich red fruit characters—cherry, raspberry—with fresh floral and mineral hints. The palate shows firm yet refined tannins, good freshness, and a long minerally finish that reflects the terroir of clay-rich soils.
Pairs beautifully with roasted duck breast, herb-crusted lamb, mushroom ragù, or mature Comté cheese.
