Charles Lachaux La Croix Blanche 2022 750 ml

Made from 100% Pinot Noir (planted in the 1970s on stony, white-soiled vineyards north of Vosne‑Romanée). Fermentation is whole-cluster with indigenous yeasts; aged 12 months in barrels (no new oak) and bottled unfined/unfiltered.

Aromas of fresh red berries and floral hints, with a fine texture and lively acidity. The style shows finesse, purity of fruit and a softly structured profile. 

Excellent with roast chicken with herbs, lightly grilled lamb chops, mushroom risotto or mild and creamy cheeses.
