Produced from 100% Aligoté grapes grown in the “Les Champs d’Argent” vineyard near Vosne-Romanée. Whole-cluster pressed and fermented with native yeasts in barrels, then aged about 12 months in neutral oak. No fining, filtration, or added sulfur.

Reveals bright aromas of pear, lemon zest, and white flowers, followed by a chalky, saline minerality. The palate is crisp and textural, balancing tension and finesse with a long, mouthwatering finish.
