Domaine Cosse-Maisonneuve Cheval en tête rouge 2024 750 ml

Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, with gentle and moderate extraction and a short maceration period. Aged for 12 months in sandstone jars of 5 and 10 hectolitres.  The nose is marked by black fruits, while the palate shows notes of blackberry, blueberry, and black cherry, with a remarkably silky tannic texture.
