How to Enjoy
Boil salted water and cook trofie until al dente. In a bowl, dilute 2–3 spoons of pesto with a little hot pasta water. Drain the pasta, add it to the pesto, and toss gently. Serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and Parmigiano.
Tip: Do not heat the pesto directly — keep its fresh basil flavor alive!
