100% Pinot Noir from clay-limestone soils in Burgundy. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for around 12 months in French oak barrels.

Bright ruby colour. Aromas of fresh red berries (sweet cherry, strawberry) and subtle floral hints. The palate is lively, with soft tannins, clean acidity and a well-balanced finish.

Matches beautifully with roasted poultry, grilled lamb, beef fillet or well-matured cheeses — also works with mushroom risotto or lightly spice-infused dishes.
