Guccione Medio olive oil is obtained from olives primarily of the Nocellara cultivar, resulting in an oil with a distinctive personality, featuring a medium fruitiness with pronounced green and vegetal notes typical of Sicilian oils. The olives are hand-picked in mid-October and pressed immediately after harvest in our mill, following a meticulous process aimed at enhancing the full potential of the variety.
