Guccione Delicato oil is the lightly fruity oil in the collection. It is obtained from olives primarily of the Biancolilla cultivar, resulting in a very delicate oil that retains all the characteristic green and herbaceous notes of Sicilian oils. The olives are hand-picked in mid-October and meticulously pressed a few hours later in our mill.
