Vinification
Manually harvested grapes are selected by sorting table, then naturally vinified in concrete vats with native yeasts and gentle pump-overs.

Tasting Notes
Orange peel, cherry, cherry blossom and sandalwood aromas and flavors. Medium body with very fine tannins.

Pairing
Florentine steak, wild boar swagger, and slow conversations. A bold wine with a velvet cape and stories to tell.
