Vinification

White fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C, followed by 5 months of aging in French oak barriques for a refined and layered complexity.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant straw-yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with delicate notes of hawthorn and acacia blossom, evolving into hints of exotic fruit, citrus, and buttery vanilla. On the palate, it’s fresh and sapid, with a pleasant mineral touch and a long, elegant finish.

Perfect with an aperitivo of light cicchetti, seafood risotto, grilled branzino with lemon potatoes, or even a spontaneous beach picnic with great music and good friends.
