Manual harvest in mid-October. 3-week steel maceration. Aged 24 months in Slavonian oak. Unfiltered and unfined.

Garnet red. Aromas of violet, dried rose, mature fruit, balsamic notes, tobacco. Full, dry, tannic, persistent, balanced.

Ideal with rich pasta, braised red meats, game, and aged cheeses. Serve at 16–17°C to enjoy fully.
