Destemmed, macerated 3 weeks in steel. Malolactic, aged 24 months in large oak casks. No filtration or fining.

Tasting Notes
Garnet red. Aromas of violet, dried rose, mature fruit, tobacco, mushroom. Full-bodied, intense, tannic, persistent, balanced.
