Sette Bianco Medusa 2024 750ml

From organically grown Moscato grapes in a small vineyard on chalky, sandy soils in Nizza Monferrato (Asti, Piedmont). Grapes are destemmed and the must macerates 24–48 h on the skins before spontaneous fermentation and 8 months of aging in amphorae.

Pale, lightly yellow-orange in color with aromas of ripe peach, citrus peel, wild herbs, and floral hints. On the palate it’s fresh, sapid, and fragrant, balancing lively acidity with an expressive, aromatic profile.

Elegant and versatile, Medusa pairs beautifully with white meats, seafood carpaccios, sushi, vegetable risottos, and soft cheeses — a refined white that elevates simple and sophisticated dishes alike.
