LUNGAROTTIWith a bright ruby red colour, the nose is rich and full of black cherry in spirit, blackcurrant, chocolate, dark spices and incense with a minty finish. Austere and solid in the mouth, enveloping and soft, tannic and warm.
Vinification and Aging: fermentation in steel with maceration on the skins for 25-28 days at a controlled temperature; aging in fine-grained oak barrels and barriques for approximately 12 months and for 3 years in the bottle.
